Because I’m the master of my fate, so I understand myself in deep. Because of that, I’m able to like myself, accept everything of myself, so I can show my best side to the world.

However, people will confuse about themselves more or less, there is always a corner of our heart which cannot be understood by ourselves. Nonetheless, all I have to do is support and love myself more, I must summon the nerves to find the answer to the question in my heart, and learn more about myself.
然而，人們或多或少還是會感到迷惑，我們內心總是有那么一個角落不被自己理解。盡管如此，我所需要做的是更支援，更愛自己，我必須鼓起勇氣去尋找我心中問題的答案，更了解我自己。
I have to accept everything that I see and hear, every word, every thought, because that is my true feelings. And then I can check those behaviors from my heart, if it is inappropriate, I will correct it; if it is appropriate, I will keep on doing it.
我必須接受我的所見所聞，每個詞，每個想法，因為那是我真實的想法。之后我可以回頭檢視這些發(fā)自內心的行為，若有不適宜之處，便加以糾正;若有可取之處，則應繼續(xù)保持。

肩上的擔子
A farmer took on firewood by tramping over mountains and through ravines every day, In order to get a day's rations and let his son goes to school with the remaining money.
一位農民每天肩挑柴禾翻山越嶺，為了換取一天的口糧錢，并用剩余的錢供兒子上學。
When his son came back in summer vacation, his father let him pick firewood and sell it in order to cultivate his hardship spirit. His son felt reluctant that take on firewood by tramping over mountains and through ravines, so he gave up finally. The father can't be helped, so he sighed and let his son rest at the side. He still took on firewood day by day.
兒子放暑假回來，父親為了培養(yǎng)兒子的吃苦精神，便叫兒子替他挑柴禾上集市去賣。兒子不情愿地挑了一挑，翻山越嶺肩挑柴禾著實把他給累壞了，最后放棄了。父親沒辦法，只好嘆著氣讓兒子一邊歇著去，自己還是一天接一天掙錢養(yǎng)家餬口。
There's many a slip between the cup and the lip. The father was ill and he cannot get up. There was no ine in home, so his son decided to provoke the burden of life. The sun had not yet risen, while the son learned his father cut firewood and sell it at the bazaar. Nevertheless, he was not a bit tired.
可天有不測風云，父親不幸病倒了，起不了床。家里失去了生活來源，兒子終于挑起了生活的重擔。每天天不亮，兒子學著父親的樣子上山砍柴，然后挑著去集市賣，盡管如此，一點也不覺得累。
“Son, don’t tired out!” the father looked at his son busy figure felt pitying and loving and said to him. The son stopped the work and said to his father:“It is strange that I feel tired when you asked me to do, however, I fell the burden more and more light even though I pick the more heavy ”
“兒子，別累壞了身子!”父親又憐又愛地看著兒子忙碌的身影說。兒子這時停下手中的活兒，對父親說：“爸爸，真是奇怪，剛開始您叫我挑柴時，我覺得特別累，怎么現(xiàn)在我挑得越來越重，相反倒覺得擔子越來越輕了呢?”
The father nodded his head approvingly and said to his son:” your body's endurance is training out and It is important of your mature.”
父親贊許地點點頭，說道：“你身體的承受能力練出來了，更多的是因為你心理成熟的緣故啊!”
This story tells us: to think of ourselves as stronger in life and bear the burden of life willingly.

成為一個積極向上的人
My tea is gone cold I’m wondering why i got out of bad at all. The morning rain clouds up my window and i can’t see at all. And even if I could it’ll all be gray, but your picture on my wall, it remains me that is not so bad.
我的茶越來越涼，我始終不知道為什么我的心情總是不好。清晨的雨遮住了我的窗，我什么也看不見了，看見的都是灰色，但在墻上有你的照片，它提醒我，這還不算壞。
I’m sure that there are many people in this world are very easily affected by weather or surrounding environments.This kind of people is every emotional, they maybe meet occasionally ineffable sadness, even cannot tell a reason.

I think of a few solutions to this problem. First of all, when you find out that you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing you have to do is keep yourself busy.Listening a cheerful song would be helpful, at the same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for a jogging. Just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture some flowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always a key to open a happy door.

Second, think in a positive way. Many people are tending to think the problem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they think. It is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely find the way to solute the problem and feel worse. We should see the bright side while we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible, and everything will get better. Then our mood will not be effected by the predicament。
第二，積極向上地想問題。許多人傾向于想問題往壞的方面想，但事實上，事情常常都沒他們想的糟糕。事實證明當人們老往壞的方面想時，他們更難找到解決問題的方法，而且會感覺更糟糕。我們應該在逆境中看到光明的一面，這讓我們相信一切皆有可能，任何事都會變好的。那么我們的情緒就不會被困境影響了。
In a world, to be a positive person is not that difficult, since we can master our mind, we should choose a positive over passive. Then life will be better.
總而言之，做個積極向上的人并不是那么難，既然我們能夠主宰我們的思維，我們應該選擇積極向上而不是消極。那樣我們的生活會更美好。
